Oat Dosa

Ingredient :

Oatmeal (or powdered Oat flakes) - 1/2 bowl
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Semolina - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Oil- to make the dosa

Method :

  1. Take one bowl and mix all the ingredient in water in order to make smooth dosa batter.
  2.  Keep the batter for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the Dosa pan and apply oil on it. 
  4. Pour the dosa batter by big laddle (or small bowl) and spread the batter thinely over the pan.
  5. Allow dosa to cook from one side once it started to remove the edges of the pan flip it on other side.
  6. Cook dosa from another side too.
  7. Serve dosa hot with chutney or sause
