Ingredient :
Oatmeal (or powdered Oat flakes) - 1/2 bowl
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Semolina - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Oil- to make the dosa
Method :
- Take one bowl and mix all the ingredient in water in order to make smooth dosa batter.
- Keep the batter for 15 minutes.
- Heat the Dosa pan and apply oil on it.
- Pour the dosa batter by big laddle (or small bowl) and spread the batter thinely over the pan.
- Allow dosa to cook from one side once it started to remove the edges of the pan flip it on other side.
- Cook dosa from another side too.
- Serve dosa hot with chutney or sause
