Ingredients :
Cabbage - 3/4 cup (grated0
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Cumin seed powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Ajowan seeds (Ova)- 1/2 tbsp
Termeric powder
Chilli powder (optional)
Salt
Oil
Method :
- Add wheat flour, corn flour , Gram flour, Turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, ajowan seeds, chili powder, salt to cabbage and knead the soft dough by using small amount of water if needed.
- Taste the dough and add little bit of salt if required.
- Divide the dough in small balls and roll the paratha by using little bit of wheat flour.
- Heat the girdle and roast the paratha from both sides.
- While roasting you can apply little bit of oil on paratha.
- Serve this paratha with curd , raita or sauce.
