Ingredients :
Tomatoes - 2 nos.
Rice flour - 1/2 tbsp (Can use all purpose flour too)
Cummin seed - 1/4 tsp
Oil / Butter - 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida (Hing) - a pinch
Pepper powder
Oregano (Optional)
Salt
Sugar
Method :
Tomatoes - 2 nos.
Rice flour - 1/2 tbsp (Can use all purpose flour too)

Method :
- Boil the tomatoes till it gets tender.
- Peel off the tomatoes skin and blend it in blender with rice flour.
- Sieve the tomato puree to sepaate the seeds.
- Heat the oil/butter in pan , crackle the cummin seed and add asafoetida .
- Add tomato puree and add water as per your requirement of soup thickness.
- Add salt, sugar, pepper powder as per your taste.
- Serve the tomato soup by seasoning with Oregano.
