Almonds - 1 cup
Ground nut - 1 cup
Sesame - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 3/4 cup
Butter/ Ghee - 1/2 tbsp

Method :
- Roast the sesame seeds lightly and allow them to cool down.
- Meanwhile roast the ground nuts and allow them to cool down
- Crush the sesame seed in mixer coarsely. Do not crush sesame seeds finely.
- Peel the roasted ground nuts and crush them into a coarse powder.
- Make the powder of almonds too.
- Now grease the plate with butter/ ghee.
- Add jaggery in a pan and heat it till it melts completely.
- As soon as jaggery melt completely turn off the gas and add sesame, ground nut and almond powder in it.
- Mix the mixture properly and pour it in butter greased plate.
- Make the batter flat by patting with greased hands or greased small flat bowl.
- Now cut the flat cake in small pieces and remove it once mixture cools down
- Your high protein cakes are ready to eat.
- You can store these cakes for one month in air tight container.
