Rava Idli is easy to made and healthy for toddler.

Rava (Semolina) - 3 small bowls
Curd - 1 small bowl
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Soda - 1/3 small spoon (5-6 pinches)
Salt

Method :
- Take semolina in bowl, add curd, lemon juice. Add water to prepare batter for idli.
- Add salt. Mix well so no lumps should be there.
- Grease the Idli mould. Put the water to boil in Idli cooker.
- Add Soda in Idli batter and mix well.
- Pour batter in greased Idli molds.
- Once water in Idli cooker starts to boil put Idli stand in it.
- Steam the Idli's for 10-15 minutes on high flame.
- Turn off the burner and wait for 5 minutes before opening cooker.
- Remove Idli with the help of spoon.
- Serve these Idli's with sambar or chutney.
