Ragi malt is made of sprouted ragi, which is rich in Calcium, iron as well as in natural vitamin A and B.
It is easy to digest and ideal supplementary food for babies above 6 months.
RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Ragi malt - 2 tbl spoon
Sugar - 2 tbl spoon
Cardamom powder - a pinch or two
Milk - 1 cup
Method :
1. Add ragi, sugar and cardamom powder to milk, mixed thoroughly.
2. Boil the mixer and keep stirring. Boil still it gets smooth consistency.
3. Porridge is ready to serve
Tips :
1. You can prepare ragi malt at home or you can get it ready made from any grocery shop or super markets.
2. You can also get ready made mixture of ragi malt, sugar and cardamom. in that case to prepare porridge you need add milk only.
3. This ragi malt porridge is good for adults also.
