Ingredients :
Ragi - 1 bowl
Rice flour - 5 tbsp
Curd - 5 tbsp
Ajowan - 1/4 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Salt

Ragi - 1 bowl
Rice flour - 5 tbsp

Method :
- Take ragi flour in bowl, add rice flour, curd and sufficient water to prepare batter for dosa. Batter should not be too thick or thin
- Add salt, ajowan and sesame seeds, mix well.
- Heat the girdle (Tawa) and drizzle oil on it.
- Spread the even layer of batter on girdle.
- Cook dosa from both side by drizzling oil on it.
- Serve this dosa with sause or chutney.
Tips :
- You can use cumin seed powder instead of ajowan and sesame seeds.
