Spinach soup (Palak soup)

Spinach (Palak) is a rich source of iron. This palak soup is very nutritional and your toddler will definitely love this.

RECIPE

Ingredient :

Spinach leaves - 1 cup
Garlic - 2-3 medium cloves (Chopped)
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
Water - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 table spoon
Butter - 1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste

Method :

1. Wash the spinach leave and drain.
2. Take spinach in pot . Add  water and garlic in it. Boil it still spinach leaves get soft.
3. Drain the mixture. Make a puree of spinach and Milk. Do not through the water, use it in soup.
4. Heat the pan. Add butter and temper the cumin seed powder.
5. Add spinach puree and drained water. Add corn flour and salt and boil over medium flame. Stir the mixture continuously.
6. Serve the soup with heavy creme or butter

Note :
1. You can change the amount of corn flour as per requirement of soup thickness.
2. If your kid like,  you can add pepper powder.
